1. Batch Vegetable Oil Refining Machine:
Typically, the capacity for this type is less than 20 dpi. Since this type of cleaning process, one tank is cleaned for one tank, which takes a lot of time and requires workers to work.
2. Semi-Continuous Vegetable Oil Cleaning Machine:

1. Dehumming and deoxidation
The degumming process uses phosphoric acid and water to react with crude oil, and then separates the phosphatide from the oil.
After a sufficient amount of phosphoric acid treatment, add alkali to the oil to neutralize the free fatty acid, and then rinse the oil several times before separating the gum. This process is called deoxidation.
