The continuous processing line includes the following various processes:

This is the first step in a continuous refinery, also known as a pre-treatment process. In the process of degumming, the gums are deposited and separated by centrifugal separation. If the content of chewing gum in the oil is low, only conditioning of the chewing gum is required, and there is no need to switch to a separate process of degumming. Degumming can be carried out in the same vessel to neutralize.
Each vegetable oil contains a certain amount of free fatty acids, which increase rancidity in the oil and are harmful to human consumption. In neutralization, FFA is removed by reaction with caustic soda-NaOH in a catalyst at a certain temperature and mixing. Thus, the FFA is separated in the form of a soap mass. Colored pigments in oil are removed during the bleaching process of a continuous refinery. Neutralized oil is treated with certain chemicals, such as activated earth, which removes color from vegetable oil. This process is also carried out at temperature. Deodorization is an important process in a continuous refinery. This process is used to remove odors from the oil. Each oil contains a certain typical natural color.
During previous processes, a certain undesirable odor is applied to the oils. The deodorization process removes this odorous material. This is carried out under conditions of high temperatures and vacuum systems. At the end of the process, we get the odorless vegetable oil.
